iPhone 12 pro max delivery

Good Morning, I have ordered the iPhone 12 pro max 128GB 5G in pacific blue as my upgrade. Order was placed on Tuesday just gone I just wanted to know if there is any update I know the item dispatches within 7 days and they haven’t passed yet just wanted to see if there’s any chance of getting more information on the status of the order.

@Huda65   Once a device has been allocated to you you’ll receive more information about the tracking of it and when to expect it.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Should I be receiving this info within the 7 days from point of order?
