Hi I ordered a Samsung Galaxy watch active 2, I already have a contract with my phone, I have a email which I have received my XKO order number, this was as of monday, It was also in stock, I know this can sometimes take time, But what I find strange is that the upfront cost was £20 but I still haven't been charged? Do I need the order to be fully processed? Many thanks

I think it'll be worth checking the order with the Mobile Care team. They'll be able to check everything is OK with the order.
