Hi, I sent a picture message  through I message. Why am being charged for this?? I’ve been charged about £10???

@Safvana   was the receiver of this message using an iPhone ?  And do they have iMessage  enabled? 

And Picture messages (mms)  don’t cost £10

You sure you sent it as an iMessage, which only uses data which is not further chargeable.
