I have order confirmed but no delivery date

Hi,

I ordered a pay as you go phone for my dad for his birthday in December. I received a confirmation email but no money has come out of my bank and I have not received any update email to say when it’s being delivered or anything.

Hi,

it was a Huawei P Smart 2019 Aurora Blue. I ordered it 4th November.

If I order the black one, Will this one I originally ordered be cancelled since the money hasn’t come out of my bank yet?

I would suggest getting in touch with our sales team, they can check the original order for you, if this has been processed they can help you get this changed or if not get a new order placed, to make sure you are not charged twice.
