Hi I ordered a upgrade phone the other day but online it said unable to complete come back later. which I did and reordered today I got 2 phones and a upgrade sim for another contract which I didnt ask for . When I phoned the customer service they said not to worry they was busy and they will send I return email out I got a text through but it was empty should I cancel my direct debit till it is sorted as just the sim will cost over a hundred pounds let alone the extra phone im not sleeping with worry someone please help

@Mandypat42 Call customer services and speak word them about this. Do not cancel you DD until this is resolved as that could effect your credit score.
