I have no photo ID for delivery of my new phone

I have no photo ID and it says you need it now, I have never had this problem with my other phone deliveries can my brother sign for it as he has a passport or can I use a phone bill

@AmyLCheek35  It says when your order you need photo ID and it always has.  But yes your brother can sign for it. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes, as long as your brother has the same surname as you and has a valid form of ID, he'll be able to sign for it.

 

Valid forms of ID:

 

  • Passport 
  • Photographic Driving License
  • Foreign National ID card
  • Military or Police card
  • National ID card
