Gibbs1
Visitor

So last night I realized My credit ran out so I checked to see how much data I had and it said 13.6gb so I was like okay cool. I didn’t use any and I waited for the message to say .I ran out of credit please top up. So like I do at the end of every month

I topped £10 in however it’s now only give me 8Gb what happened to the rollover like there wasn’t any rollover?

just a little frustrated at that that’s all

@Gibbs1 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

£10 top up let’s you roll over 4GB of data and plus you get 4GB of data for the £10 top up so I’m guessing that’s why you have 8GB. Rollover does t take all remaining GB over. £10 you can roll over 4GB and £15 you can rollover 8GB and so on.

@Gareth43 Which pack you next buy doesn't determine how much you can roll over into it. You can only roll over what remains of the previous pack.

E.g. If you have a £15 8GB pack & you have 6GB left of it when you next buy a £10 4GB pack you are not limited to rolling over just 4GB but you may roll over the whole 6GB remaining of the previous pack
