I don't receive my product

My name is xxxxx xxxxxxx!

I bought an Ipad Pro for my wife and did not receive the product. The purchase was made on 06/26/2020, I received a call to confirm the data and the attendant said he would receive the product the next day, we wait and we don't even receive a message, this is a disrespect to the customer. 

The order number is xkoxxxxxxxxx
