I did not receive sim yet

I ordered sim card on 7 July. But I have not received it yet.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Yes. It is saying "your sim is on its way"

@Sarb0  sim cards are sent out second-class Royal mail if you’ve not received it by at least Wednesday I will give customer service call to make sure it has been posted.

Are you near an EE store? You could go in with ID and get a replacement SIM. Or call EE, and they'll post another one and you'll have to wait again.

Fingers crossed it turns up today then @Sarb0 but it doesn't help that Royal Mail are experiencing service issues still so things are taking longer than normal

 

I still don't know why EE think 2nd class post is acceptable though. They use 1st class for PAYG.

I didn't receive it can you send me another one with my number?

You can pop into your local EE Store for a SIM card, or you can give us a call or order one online if you're unable to get to a store.
