I cant get login in .you ask me my billing account nr. I dont know it .

I cant login in , you ask me my billing account number , but I havent it ,insted I  wrote my home phone  nr,. xxxxxxxxxxx  ,  but nothing happened !!!!   I know my password  ,  send me please account billing number , PLEASE  Why it is so big problem ????
