I can not view the details of both numbers on my account, the main number shows up ok but the second number on the account keeps showing as an error and that EE are working on the problem. This has now been going on for a number of months. I have spoken to operators about the issue and i am getting nowhere

I want to set up a direct debit.
When I go to the relevant page I am asked my account number. I have not been advised of my account number and can't find it via your search engine. It is not shown on the page where I checked my recent payment.
Please advise my account number

Thanks for coming to the community.
Is the page asking for your bank account number to set up the direct debit?
If you're logged into your My EE account, you should not need your EE account number 🙂
