I am trying to track my phone delivery it is asking for a 10-12 digit number?

my order confirmation is only 7 digits???

You should have a number starting XKN which you can use via EE order tracker 

 

If not give EE a call on 150.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
