I NEED TO UNLOCK AN OLD PAYG ORANGE PHONE

I bought an Orange phone in 2004, I then changed phones and provider, but now I actually want to use my old orange phone with a different provider so I need the phone unlocking I dont have a phone number because I haven't used the phone since 2006, can anyone please help?

What kind of phone is it? Our Mobile Care team may be able to do a search on the IMEI number, if you contact them.
