My mic is going and it's not even a year old, this is also the second time it's happened the first time it got sent back to Huawei. Nobody can understand what I'm saying on the phone as on there end its all static and electronic sounding. Anyone else had this and fixed the problem?

Are you using WiFi calling or EE mobile network?
Have you tried restarting your device as sometimes this issue is network related.
Alternatively contact Huawei support and claim under the warranty if it's still covered.
