hello, I would like to know more information about updating I have an iPhone 11 Pro and I would like to know how it works for me to be able to change it, how much it has to be paid and how it is done.

@Liliane1979   if you’re not on an annual upgrade tariff then you need to pay off the remaining term of your contract and you will receive a 20% discount on the remaining cost.  Customer services can give you a exact figure if you choose to do this.  If you are on annual upgrade tariff depending how long you’ve been on that tariff will depend how much you’ll need to pay.
