Hi @Robdavison42,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Once you become eligible for your MOT, you'll be notified of your booking options in My EE - all you need to do is log in and pick your preferred time and EE store.

We'll also send you a text message reminder that you're due for your MOT shortly before your 12-month contract anniversary.

Hope this helps.

James

This is not correct I have passed a year of having my device and the only notifications I get is when you want to sell me more products

Hi @Storeyy3k

Thanks for coming to the community.

You’ll get our service benefits at no extra cost when you buy or upgrade to a new pay monthly handset or SIM only Full Works, Smart or Essential Plan from 1 May 2019, do you have an eligible plan?

If so, do you have the service benefits showing in your My EE app? this will be within add-ons.

Leanne 🙂

Hi Leanne yes I have it on my account but not been contacted or nothing to show how to claim it etc

In MyEE go to Add-ons, click "Service pack benefits ready to use", "View Service Pack", and there's an option to book the MOT.

Hi, I'm eligible but the EE site won't let me choose a store. It defaults to a store miles away from me. Can I ring and book in my home town of Huddersfield or isn't it available there?

Hi @Andyandyandy

Welcome to the community.

Are you not able to change the store that comes up in your My EE account? You should be able to choose your preferred time and EE store.

Chris

I get the same here. It does at least show me my nearest shop.

Select store just shows my local store and no others even if I zoom out, despite there being several around me.

Is it the same in-app and through the desktop site, @chistery?
