How to clean your phone

Want to clean your mobile but not sure how to do it safely? Here are our top tips on how to wash your phone:

• Make sure that your phone is not plugged in and is turned off before you clean it

• Don't use household cleaning products, solvents, alcohol or abrasive cleaners on your phone as this can damage the phone or screen surface.

• Don't forget to clean your case as well as the phone itself and don't use any harsh chemicals or abrasive materials on that either

• Use a damp, soft cloth (microfibre is good) and a little household soap to clean the phone. Clean all of the surfaces and edges, making sure that you don't get any water or soap in any of the phone's openings

• Do not submerge your phone in any cleaning products, even if it is water resistant

• Dry the phone with a soft cloth once clean
