How to change my family names on my account. It just comes up with numbers

Welcome to the community. 🙂

 

Do you mean that you pay for a number of different SIMs on your account and want to know which is which so that you can manage their numbers?

 

Or do you mean you want to see your family member's numbers on your bill?

What was the answer to this question please? i want to also just change the names of numbers to actual names on my family account>

@Stark1  You need to allow the MY EE app to have access to your contacts on your phone. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As @Chris_B says you need to change it in the EE Apps Settings.

 

A word of warning though it doesn't always work well if you have Duplicate Contacts on your Phone, ie, you have Saved Contacts on your Phone as well as Saved Contacts on your SIM in the same Device.
