How long for order to dispatch?

Hi,

I placed an order 8 days ago and have still yet to receive a dispatch confirmation. Order is for a Christmas present so just a bit concerned that if the order wont be processed I wont have time to look elsewhere to buy another one. How long can I expect to wait for information on the order status.  Order is for a pay as you go Samsung Galaxy A21s

The current estimate is to expect dispatch within 7 days of ordering. If you haven't heard anything by Monday, it may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to check the order.
