How long for an upgrade order?

Placed an order on 3rd August, received my confirmation email but nothing else since. Is there a Covid delay at the moment? Order ref xkoxxxxxxxxx and every time I try and track I get an error message.

Once your order has been processed you will receive another email with tracking details.

Yes, in stock. It did say "Last few left, when they're gone, they're gone" but it seems odd that I've had nothing since order confirmation on 3rd.
