How do i get contact with online chat to customer services

Hi. I am trying to get onto online chat with customer services but the website and app are ridiculous and just keeps sending me around in circles.

I am needing to ask when my new samsung s20 ultra will be delivered as it was due today but I still have not heard anything while I have friends and family who pre ordered them after me were contacted yesterday and have recieved delivery today

Welcome to the community,

 

At present it appears that live chat is not available, due to Covid-19, and EE working with a reduced amount of staff, as many are self isolating for various reasons, so the only way to contact them is via phone or you could try Facebook or Twitter, but not sure they will be able to help. Live chat is only available for contract customers. 

 

Is there anything we can help you with here in the forums? Just to let you know there is no account access here, though. Also, as it depends when EE receive delivery of the phone, then you will receive a text from the DPD letting you know when it will be delivered. You should have received an order or tracking number.

Hello, I ordered 5 days ago new SIM card with monthly payment £37 contract but still not delivered can you answer why !?

Your new SIM card should reach you within 2-5 working days. What date did you order it?
