I want to upgrade my watch. However, the watch I want is a good as new watch. As its a watch upgrade I cant do this online as I cant recieve the text to the dummy number associated to the sim in my watch and the call centre cant do this as they dont have the facility to order the good as new watches. Can someone please explain to me how I can upgrade to a good as new watch when this cant be done by me online or your call centre staff?
I called the call centre and was told I would get a call back when a manager was in. This was 8:30am on 18 May. I didn't receive a call back so called again at 5:30pm that evening to be told it could take up to 3 days. Surely someone can inform me of the pin to enter or send it to the EE phone I have on the same account that the watch is linked to.
