Hey people, i already have a sim only deal with EE and was on the app went to shop and put through for a new iphone 12, was 30 upfront. when i had to approve the payment on my banking app and went back it just stopped loading i refreshed after 5 mins. the 30£ was took and now on my EE app i have 2 account numbers and when go into the new one it tells me to add the number. but i didn’t even receive an email from ee to say it had went through etc.

 

any help appreciated thanks

just wondering if there’s now 2 account numbers on my EE, would that mean it’s been accepted? not sure as not had any emails
