I have 3 other lines with my account. Hoe do i request pac code for one of my other lines? It keeps saying "your not the account provider".

If i send the text with my number it gives me the pac code for my number. But i dont want my numbers pac. I want it for my brothers number.

You will need to call CS for your PAC. You can't text for a PAC when you have a multiple a/c.

Hi @ShahHamzah

If you log into MyEE click on account settings on the left hand side then click switching > switch from EE > get your switching code > select the number you wish to move > then your PAC code will be displayed.

Thanks,

David.

@XRaySpeX   thanks for the info

I was amused by your sign off.
