Hi @lomekian
Welcome to the community.
I'm sorry to hear that you've had some problems getting through.
I've sent you a private message to get some information from you.

You should be reporting that to BT not EE. Unlike EE, BT has a superb online reporting & monitoring system for landline faults.
You probably have a "one-leg broken" fault (technically "HR Dis"). A landline consists of 2 wires, both of which are need for voice, but only any 1 for BB. Usually when this happens the BB runs slower than usual.
It is likely that the break occurs between you & the exchange, but it needs your landline provider to call out BT Openreach to fix it.

Not that I'm an expert by any means ... I've just tried to ring you - getting a ringing tone but no reply; I presume it isn't ringing your end.
How sure are you that it's the line and not the telephone itself?

@Firefox1701 : The probability I mention above. It could be your handset. Have you another to try?
I don't receive calls on my phone from this Community.

I don't know if any of these replies are aimed at me, but the issue has been resolved now for my father.
I don't know how the others are getting on - and thanks to the earlier EE representative who sent me a PM

@060643 This is a public forum, you should not publish your phone number as it may attract all sorts of unwanted attention.
Have you reported the fault to CS? - Details are available in the earlier posts.
