How do I get a replacement SIM card if I lose/damage it in Asia while roaming?

I am going overseas for quite some time, and taking the roaming package to use my UK number. Destination is Asia, and hence not covered by the EU coverage. But most importantly, how do I get a replacement SIM card if I lose or damage my current EE simcard?

Hello @Walid1974

Thanks for coming to the community.

Firstly, I would recommend reporting your SIM as lost.

You can call us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to report your SIM as lost or stolen.

To get a replacement SIM please call 150 from an EE phone (or 07953 966 250 from any other phone) and a member of our team will be able to order this for you.

Katie 🙂
