How do I download a pdf of my phone bill

You can download your bill as below 🙂

1. Log in to My EE or use the My EE app

2. Select Bills and payments

3. Choose Download your paper bill (PDF) and print or save it

How can I get on pdf my online bills from ee account?

@LP8   Go to your EE online account and look at bills.  Then just click the bill you wish to download. You’ll only see the last 12 months of bills and it you want to go back further than this you’ll need to call customer services to request this and there will be a charge for it.  £2:75 per bill I believe.

Is there any way for small businesses to request a bulk download of all bills for one year?

Hello @Snajix. 

If you are the account holder you can see any of your previous 12 bills inside your bills and payments. 

Just look out for the drop down menu which is under 'see previous bill'.
