How do I contact EE?
I am not in the UK so cannot call customer services
I have checked the Live chat function on multiple occasions over the last few weeks but it is never available.
I have sent a complaint through the website contact form, however I have not received a response.
I need assistance with my service urgently - is there an direct email address?
Please help!

What's the query you have? If it's not account-specific, someone on this community may be able to assist.
If your issue needs account-access, you will need to either call or use Live Chat. You can contact EE from any country, by using +44 7953 966250

yes, its account specific so I cant ask in the community the specific question.
@bristolian - thanks for sending the contact number - but as in my post, I am unable to call as I am... are prohibitive. Is there a WattsApp number for EE?
Live chat is never available, and no one at EE has responded to my complaint through the web site.
So my original post stands. How can I contact EE?

@Kev0374 There is no WhatsApp number. A complaint form is not a means to resolve an account issue. Live chat is only available via your online account and you have to wait for a pop up to request a live chat. Live chat agents are the same customer services agents you call and if they are taking calls live chat can be a long wait.

Calling EE C/S is free within the EU, but if you're in another country then charges will apply.

Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. over Skype. It should be free.
Live Chat can be reached via "Contact Us" above if you are on contract. You do not need to be logged into your a/c.

Thanks - I am on contract. I have been on the app every day for the last week, but the live chat option has never been available.
Its crazy that a communications company do not have an email option, yet they say in the help "you can write to us" to a physical address.
Is there an EE customer service agent that monitors these forums that can DM me so I can sort out the account issues I am having?

But there must be an email option to contact EE for customers who are outside of the UK. Call charges are pounds per minute, and the last time I tried I was in a queue on the call for over 15 mins, so I had to hang up.
Have tried the web calling option, but it never connects to the customer services at EE.
Totally frustrated, have been with EE for years.
For a communications company - the fact that their live chat never works, and there is not an email address - yet, they accept a physical letter through snail mail is quite unbelievable.
Any assistance to speak electronically to a customer services agent would really be appreciated

I have tried Skype with the customer services number - but it never connects.
I'm on contract and have tried the live chat on the contract page every day for the past week, but the option has never available.
I can't understand how a communications company does not have an email contact option.

It won't at this time of night. You need to phone during UK business hours. Try after 8am UK time.
EE has no email contact.
No one will contact you from here other than posts such as these. Anyway this user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account.
