Hi,
Sorry if this is stupid, I've recently had Full Fibre installed (900mbps) but after the 10 days am still only getting 500mbps. I text HELP and later FAULT to 60071, but both times they 'don't recognise the EE mobile number' (because it's not from an EE mobile phone!) and/or ask for a landline number, which I now don't have since I got Fibre!
What should I text to get their attention?! Maybe my old landline? But I don't see how that's relevant, as it's no longer live?!
Thanks,
Daniel

As far as I can tell I can only contact EE via Text and then a ringback if it's a technical query about my broadband. Via this :
https://ee.co.uk/contact-ee/technical-support/broadband-landline
Am I mistaken? The 'Phone' Section on that website refers to mobile phone issues and not broadband issues.
Thanks.
