I need to change my website blocking settings. I try it through the application I downloaded, also online via the EE website and also via phone both SMS and calls, and I can't unblock it so that I can get to the pages I got to earlier. I don't know what to do anymore.

Can you see if your content lock is currently set to OFF?
If not, what is it currently set to?

I just don't see that anywhere. There is no setting anywhere where it could be turned off.

Nothing like this appeared on the page or in the application about the lock.

If you're unable to change your content lock settings online, I'd recommend giving our Customer Care team a call so they can check your account.
