How can I remove content lock when I cant log in

@lydia85  You need to go to a store with ID or call customer services,  you’ll need to pay a refundable token with a credit/debit card. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi a just want want to remove content log but I dont have a credit card... can I unlock it with my drivers licence???

How much will I need to pay??

Pop in to a EE Store with your Driving Licence, (Photo one) won't cost anything.
