  1. Hi. I ordered a pay as you go phone last Tuesday to be sent to a store but obviously all stores are now closed

@JayBenns81   You’ll need to call customer services about getting it delivered to your home address. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
