Hi I am overseas and can't call so please send me a email address as I want to possably end my contract with you guys and when back in the UK get another one so what is the process of cancelling this contract please advise as it has not been used for over 6 months. @Simone7777 : EE provides no email contact.

 

You need to phone EE giving 30 days notice of cancellation of your contract. If you are still within your min term you will be liable to pay early termination fees for the rest of the term. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 20%.
