Help please contract phone I havnt got but left with the bill

Candice91-

I ordered a contract iPhone 12 Pro max, I was promised the monthly bill would be sent to me as I had direct debtor for my two devices in total. We no longer talk anymore and they refuse to give me the phone back and pay the bill, the contract doesn’t end until 2023, yes I was foolish and should not of done this but I am too trusting and too kind when others struggle. I’m not only paying my iPhone contract but this extra £63 month bill that I ain’t using nor do I have the device. I reported it stolen as it’s in my name it’s my contract details and my bank it’s come from but yet they claimed they lost the phone. I don’t believe at all this is the case but I black I listed the sim and phone but I’m still stuck paying £63 every month for no reason !! Can anyone help me with what to do because I can’t afford that much and not getting the payments as promised by this wretched person 😖😔 help please 🙏🏽 and I am certainly not paying thousands of pounds to end the contract to soon I haven’t got that much money.

Hi @Candice91-

Sorry to hear this - unfortunately, on a purely contractual basis, you are liable for the payments on any phones in your name.

Having said that, the best thing is to call EE C/S and discuss your circumstances with an agent who has access to your individual account. The sooner you so this, the sooner something may be able to sorted.
