Help needed - new phone ordered and confirmed but no updates

Hi. Yesterday I ordered a new i-phone and mine old one had finally stopped working and I was due an upgrade anyway. The order confirmation says my new phone "visit" would be today between 2pm and 4pm. I've heard nothing since - no emails, no texts (not that I can see them as my phone is on the fritz - and no phone! I can't call 150 as phone not working (as I mentioned). How can I find out what is happening. I need a phone.
