Hi,
I'm in Asia.
I lost my SIM.
I can't call EE (and if i could somehow, the charges would be impractical).
The EE chat doesn't work.
I can't find any EE customer service email contacts.
How am i supposed to communicate this problem to EE and deal with it?
Any advice greatly appreciated, thanks

Hi @foundry
Would you be able to use a web-calling app (Skype?) over a WiFi connection to call EE on +44 800 0798586?
Unfortunately there isn't any account access on this internet forum, and EE don't have an email address for C/S.

Thanks for your response.
Yes i could use Skype, would i just have to login to Skype and connect to that number?
I never used Skype for connecting to landlines before...

Hi @foundry.
If you'd like to use our online chat service while abroad, you'll need to do this through your My EE Account rather than the get in touch page.
Let us know if you manage to get this sorted.

Hi Jon,
I've tried that, it seems to navigate me back to the same page as before i was logged in and the options for chat are nowhere to be seen.
Can you tell me how to navigate to the chat as you describe please?

Hi @foundry.
The chat window will appear when an advisor is available, you may need to wait on the page.
Have you been able to get in touch following @bristolian's advice?
Jon
