I got an add to plan yesterday it’s been accepted as it’s appered on my account and got told by the agent it’s been accepted and would receive today when ever I’ve had a parcel or delivery from EE I’ve allready had my tracking number by now please help

@Spencer2014 The item hasn’t been dispatched yet so there is no tracking information to give. If you selected a store pickup the store will contract you when it’s there and with this you don’t get tracking information.
