Haven’t received my returns pack for trade in

I updated my phone Saturday before last and I am still waiting for my trade in returns pack. Conscious that if I wait any longer, I will be charged. Please help.

I'd recommend speaking to Brightstar directly to find out what's happened and get another one sent out if needed.

 

You can find their contact information at the bottom of the trade in help page.

Thank you - I have spoken with Brightstar and they said they haven’t received details from EE to send the pack out. Can you confirm details will be sent across this week please?

I also haven’t receive my returns envelope anyway of requesting one on line. 
Just tried calling but was on hold for over 10

minutes
