I spoke to EE upgrades yesterday and requested a S21ultra , I agreed to the offer I was given - I received my phone today however I have been sent a S21 grey - Now I have to wait for the returns team to send me an email -so I can print off a returns label - I then have to take the phone to a collection shop wait for EE to receive the wrong phone back - then only can I call in to upgrade again- depending on what is available will determine If I continue with my 14 years with EE - the fact that I have promised my old phone to a family member due to their phone being damaged I will possibly now be without a phone !
disappointed does not even cover it !
