Did you ever get a positive response from EE? They asked me for the text message about the free wireless charger and deny all knowledge of ever sending it. Of course, I don't have the text message anymore

I eventually got contacted by EE and admit sending the text for the wireless charger due to the delay but apparently it’s through Huawei direct but it’s now getting a response from them
