I no longer have the contract with the EE, but I forgot to change my contact number in my hotmail accounts. and now I need to verify my account, he sends me a code to my old number but he has no network and he does not receive messages! what I do?

Hi @Henriduartess Unfortunately it's not good news. Once you cancel your contract and don't take your number with you, it's not possible to get it back.
Hotmail should offer an alternative method instead?

There is normally an option to verify via other options. Have you tried these options?
