Gratitude and appreciation

I would just like to give a massive thankyou to David ********* from ee customer services, I'm new to ee so was struggling to say the least, David was not only extremely professional,helpful, patient and explained everything in  a beautiful way I could understand as I have mental health issues and so many times feel and hear the annoyance and impatience of many people I speak with via telephone, David also solved my problem also texted all the information he had informed me of incase I forgot and could re read my messages to remind myself, David ********* is a total credit to ee,he has bags of enthusiasm and is very very kind and seriously if I new how to contact David's manager to tell him hes so awesome and seriously just really obvious he loves his job I'm certain his manager would be exceptionally pleased and proud to know that, aww seriously thankyou David ********** your a little Angel xxxx flygirl11
