Hi I have bought a kids GPS watch and can’t get the watch to recognise it as valid- I have activated the sim on a phone and added credit to it and it still says invalid… the manufacturer spec says
e: GSM
Frequency: GSM850/900/1800/1900MHz
and it is definitely the correct size of SIM card… any help please?
@Sdoo1 That watch will only work on EE 2G bandwidth on 1800Mhz. If the sim is activated and working and your having issues you’ll need to contact the watch manufacturer as the sim is working.
