Hey, when does Google Pixel 6/Pro release on EE?

Thanks

Correct.

You have to wait 14 days to claim headphones anyway.

I haven't had any update on my pre order for 265 gb Pixel Pro either. Just order confirmation email.

I looked online earlier and dispatch was within 1 day. Its since changed

Just phoned them and also got fobbed off, felt like I should’ve pushed them harder as I ordered on the 19th but just could not be bothered.  If I had any bottle I'd cancel.  What a palaver.

Ordered on the 19th as an upgrade. Was meant to be delivered today only EE forgot to send the actual house number, DPD driver could not deliver and returned it to them. Called DPD and EE. Now have to wait for it to come back in stock to get it. Absolutely terrible service. Considering leaving EE over this as I will now not be able to get the headphones either due to a new order being put through today (28th) which is outside the pre-order window.

Hoping its a one off or bad batch but someone has posted on Twitter there are reports of them having faulty screens, I don't like to take much notice of reports like this plus it doesn't state which P6 is apparently affected.

I hope everyone's is okay and receive them soon, just FYI I ordered my on the 23rd (Pro 256GB) and it's being delivered in about a hour according to DPD.

@PracticallyGeek you'll have to let us know what the outcome is. Hopefully yours will be OK 🤞🏻

Despite being one of the first to get my pre-order in on the 19th for the Pixel 6 Pro one of the customer service team cancelled it off (against my request) during a tariff query yesterday.

I re-ordered yesterday but will evidently have been dumped to the back of the queue.

If I provide the order ref is there any way to try and moved up the queue for delivery sooner in line with being one of the customers who got a pre-order in early?

I should've been looking forward to getting stuck in with the new phone today but now I have no idea when it's likely to arrive.  The experience and frustration with the CS team yesterday has somewhat taken the shine off the whole thing.

@Funk sadly I don't think so.  In a very similar boat to you, they were aware and acknowledged that I had ordered on the 19th and later reordered due to *cough* EE's tariff **** up, but they offered to do the square root of diddly squat about it.

@Fgrgill Yeah, just been told as much on another thread.

Upgrading to new tech is one thing I look forward to every couple of years and EE have managed to wind up with an unhappy customer.  I expressly said to the CS guy NOT to make any amendments whilst we checked the text message I received on the call regarding the tariff had been applied, only to find out from the next person I spoke to that he'd binned the order despite me telling him not to.  I rarely have cause to contact EE but most times it's a frustrating experience.  I spent ages last year going round in circles trying to get my 4 XL network unlocked as the process through the website didn't work - I was told 'covid' as the excuse at the time.  I finally managed to get someone to do it for me the other day but even that took some insistence that simply directing me back to the website wasn't going to work.

I guess the ONLY positive was that I got the re-order placed in time yesterday to still qualify for the Bose headphones.

@MdK9187 I have the same issue. There was no door number, only street name on the parcel and DPD can't deliver it.

Did you manage to get it sorted?

@Nativetiger had a little play with it - screen is very nice and although the same size etc as my Oppo Find X2 Pro, it felt bigger and nicer, probably just me.

Screen seems fine and obviously not had a chance to properly test camera, UI and speed is spot on and love the layout of settings and wow it's my first Google phone so was blown away by the number of stock wallpapers 🤯
