I've just had an email from dpd saying delivery will be on Monday. Order status on the tracking on EE still says awaiting confirmation, hopefully others will be out on Monday too. Mines the sorta sunny 128gb model
Your order is confirmed but we’re awaiting your expected delivery date. This is while we wait for delivery confirmation from the manufacturer. We’ll be in touch soon with an update on your order."
Well considering I was meant to have received it on the 28th and you still don't have a delivery date doesn't sound like it's on track at all.
I haven't had the "your order is on track" email just yet. Last communication I received without me contacting them was the pre-order confirmation email on 23rd (except for them sending out the return pack for my old phone).
Given nothing heard from EE or DPD today, it appears the "should be Monday" customer services told me on the phone on Friday is unlikely.
Just spoke to customer services and appears to be better news. Order is no longer showing as "open" but as "picked" so EE have stock in their warehouse, its just got to go to DPD and then to me. Guy I spoke to said definitely by Friday but probably by Wednesday.
Hopefully everyone else's pre-orders are moving too.
