I did mine on the 25th and still stuck in 'confirming order'

256Gb, by the way. I assume because yours is late, you went for the same model?

Yes, it is the 256GB, CS not helpful as they can't give any estimate.

6 Pro 256 pre-ordered 23/10.

Just got through to customer services; 14 day backlog apparently. Pretty poor given the repeated assurances about getting it on the release date when it was being sold to me.

I'm just off the phone to customer services aswell. Absolute mess of a launch. EE continued to take pre-orders without having the stock. According the that agent I spoke with there was no set allocation process, for example I ordered mind on the 23rd and the stock may not have been allocated to me but someone who ordered on the 26th may very well have there phone today. 

Customer services couldn't care less either. No apology. No attempt to resolve the situation. And here's the best part, I asked if they could check the store stock.........was told the store will be the same i.e. their own stores have no stock for launch?

I called this morning and had a better response. Cancelled 256gb as delays and ordered 128gb for delivery tomorrow

lost Bose headphones but don’t bother me. £30 credit and guaranteed delivery with dpd tomorrow

I just spoke to CS aswell, same story 14 day wait. I know my order technically only went in yesterday. But I had my order from last week cancelled so that they could lower my monthly cost after it dropped £8 and then assured that I would still get the phone on the release day (I asked twice before I agreed to cancel)

Pretty annoyed, I'll be calling back and expecting some sort of compensation

I was a lucky one, got delivery confirmed for this afternoon. Ordered on the 20th (Morning after launch)
