I'm not a heavy user only at 26gb this month with 7 days left. I have an unlimited plan.
I previously was getting 6+mbs but now even with a better signal getting far less ?. Could i be being throttled back ??

Do you mean 6 Mbps+ or 60 Mbps+ ?
6 Mbps is unreasonably poor. Do you still see bad measured bandwidth early in the morning and late at night? (When cell towers are less busy with fewer people out shopping etc.)
Do you see the same poor speed if you move the SIM to another device such as another phone or router?

Hi @Rwithey
Welcome to the community.
Could you check your postcode on our network status checker please? It will let you know if we have any maintenance works going on or will let you report a problem if there aren't any at the moment.

Amusingly, I'm currently seeing 21 ms ping, 12.94 Mbps down, and 68.55 Mbps up. The upload measured bandwidth is the highest I've seen on the Netgear MR1100 and the disparity suggests congestion in the network (otherwise the values would be closer together).

Edit: RSRP -83 dBm, RSRQ -11 dBm, RS-SINR 14 dBm, LTE B7, Quality (whatever that means) 67 dBm. https://usatcorp.com/faqs/understanding-lte-signal-strength-values/
Edit2: obviously the performance I see in a completely different location is largely irrelevant to anyone else but the above parameters may give an indication of expectation, subject to whatever congestion and load that is in play at your location during some particular time of the day (I estimate 2204 is still rather congested with people streaming before bedtime).
