Hi,
I am the account holder and we have 2 SIM cards on one account for family usage. I have just under 100GB of data and I am trying to gift 25 of it to the other account. Every time I do this on the app it comes up with an error message telling me there seems to be a problem. I have tried on my MacBook also, but it states that there isn't enough data to transfer but this makes no sense as I have 100GB. I have done this process many time before so cannot understand why it isn't working?
Tried to call EE but waiting time is ridiculous at the moment.

Hi, I resolved it using the online chat in the end. I was shown as the account holder and an account user. This was apparently preventing me from sending data. They changed it so that I was just the account holder and now it works.
