Hi,
I gifted some data to my wife’s new mobile - no problems there, but around 24 hours later, her old phone number ported across and the data vanished. I assume this is because I gifted data to the original number, but wonder why EE haven’t also ported the data.
Has anyone else had this issue or know what I can do?

I've never heard of that happening before. I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team to find out what's happened.
