EE unable to unlock

I recently contacted EE to have my iphone unlocked, but have just received this message back

 

"This request cannot be completed as the device is paired to an OUK Corporate account, and can only be unlocked via the original account. "

 

Any idea what this means? I bought the phone 2 years ago as a refurbished via ebay so i'm assuming it's related to whoever had it before me but i can't find anything about OUK Corporate on google.

@chris5555  The device was registered to a business account and only the business account holder can request the device to be unlocked.   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
